Hmm...This confuses me a little. I was unsure of which way the person was facing until I noticed that the view is of their butt <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/let…" width="15" height="15" alt="" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="394" title=" (Lick)"/>.
-I suggest using outlines if it's difficult for people to tell which direction the image is facing. if not work on shading some more or maybe different colours. just SOMETHING to make it easier for the viewer to tell what happening.

are they in a blizzard? the snow looks like its going really fast and furious.

you did a really good job with the emotion, I feel worried for lady-pants there. is she going to be ok? that worm monster is hecka boss like. (lol)
-I suggest doing some practice designing monsters. I don't really get the impression it could really exist. The horns don't look like they would be very good for protecting him. if you tilted them upwards like bull horns it could work. unless his attacks are more like falling on his enemies. which could be the case here since he's really fat. it also reminds me of a leech. I just don't see how it can attack. does he use his tail? he must there are some spears in it.

anyways that's all that I have to say about your pretty pic. except, the colours compliment each other nicely I get the impression of a cold and frigid environment. the blood makes the monster appear "alien". and lady-pants look dangerous and fierce once you get a feel for what direction she's facing and what position she's in.
